The WhistlePig Barrel Aged Lo-Ball was born and raised in Vermont. Once we needed to do a limited-edition barrel venture, it solely appeared pure to succeed in out to our neighbors.

WhistlePig was good sufficient to roll over a few their Vermont white oak barrels, used to age their FarmStock whiskey at their distillery down the street. The ensuing Lo-Ball is easygoing at simply 4.8% alc/vol. with recent apple taste complimented by the dry, spicy character you’d count on from rye barrels (or from a Vermonter).

The problem on the design facet was create a label that was lighthearted as somebody would count on from the lo-ball line, whereas toeing the road on the subtle branding of WhistlePig. We ended up designing an off white matte completed label and as a nod to WhistlePig who makes use of a gold foil accents on their bottles we selected a label that gave us the power to make the most of a gold metallic layer. The barrels designed by Will Bryant are holding with the mascot theme of the lo-ball sequence whereas the tax stamp Bart designed for the facet panel was one other nod to WhistlePig.
